The General Director of JSC Azimut, Russia's leading producer and supplier of air traffic management equipment, Asker Saidov told about developing the company's values, the mission of the company and his strategic vision.

A number of enterprises comprising the Joint Stock Company were established more than 60 years ago and back then they were engaged in designing and producing unrivalled equipment within the country. Today the products of JSC Azimut are known not only in Russia but also abroad. Communications systems, the systems of navigation and surveillance and air traffic control automation equipment produced by AZIMUT are successfully commissioned in the aeronautical centers of the CIS countries and EUROCONTROL. Expanding into overseas markets, innovative approaches to the management of branches and subsidiary enterprises and the development of a new generation product line brought us to the idea of establishing a new integral image of the company", – said Director General of JSC Azimut Asker Saidov.
The values, the first letters of whose names form the name of the company (AZIMUT): Ambition, Zealousness, Individuality, Mastery, Ultimate Traditions, make up the corporate reference system that will become the basis for the promotion strategy of JSC Azimut.
"We believe that our mission is to provide safety of people in the air, on the ground and in the sea. The vision of the future long-term development of AZIMUT is just linked to this mission. In the target markets, the company should be a welcomed supplier, achieving leadership by creating innovative technologies today that will be in demand tomorrow," – said Mr Saidov.
In addition, the company has performed an audit on the corporate style. The mission, values, vision and the updated guideline including the rules on the use of the corporate style will be included in JSC Azimut brand book.
